Some Specifications for Shirerose Park Homes Build Quality

Chassis and Floors
Consists of pressed and rolled steel chassis. Flooring is constructed with 100mm x 50mm timbers bolted to the chassis. The floor cavity is insulated with 100mm insulation. Floor covering is 18mm treated boarding.

Exterior and Interior Walls
The external walls average 75mm thickness.  Insulated with 80mm fibreglass boards throughout the whole home, including all interior walls. The exterior graded plywood used on the exterior is sealed and coated with texture to your colour choice. All internal walls are lined with 9.5mm plasterboard decorated to clients specification.

Roof and Ceiling
100mm x 38mm timber trusses are fitted with BS747 approved slaters felt cover. 38mm x 50mm battens are fixed to the trusses to accept a light weight roof tile system in a choice of colours. The ceiling is 12.5mm plasterboard, and papered throughout. The loft space is fully covered with 100mm fibre glass insulation. The twin units all have a loft hatch in the hallway.

Doors and Windows
UPVC double glazed doors and windows are fitted which adhere to relevant British Standard and fire regulations.

Heating
Combi boiler with radiators are used as standard. We do offer other forms of heating on request.

Electrics
All electrics to regulation standards.

It may be necessary to use alternative materials to those illustrated in the brochure or specification if normal supplies cannot be obtained. The retail customer and park owner should ensure that the specifications of the home complies to the particular bye-laws and site licence.
